Chocolate cake is bad for you – right?

Death by chocolate – right?

Make chocolate cake – meaning prepare the mix – with loads of chocolate. Chocolate powder, bits of chocolate, – very chocolatey.

Add two cooked beetroot. And an avocado as well – you can remove the skin and the stone if you want (you'll regret if you don't)

You need to make a lot of chocolate cake to absorb all of this. Two loaf tins are recommended.

Whizz it all up in your food processor.

Bake it.

You will find that you will have a luscious, moist, rich chocolatey cake to die for – except that it is doing you a huge amount of good – which I suppose defies the object of eating chocolate cake in the first place but your intestines will love you for it.

However you want to enjoy it, it's your own personal business - although if you are Fwench you will probably  want to cut it in chunks and take it as a suppository and then discuss it at your dinner table .

You will not have red pee.

Will try that one, my wife is always complaining she's constipated so that might just help :)

We could do with some help from you.

What lovely pillow talk you must have.

Anyway, if she's nervous then try one with just one beetroot and if that works then try second one. I have put three beetroots in sometimes. It doesn't change the colour – it just becomes an extremely rich brown colour – and you don't lose any of the chocolate flavour – assuming you put lots  of chocolate in.
