RLP primark

I feel really ashamed posting this here but I need help.

 

Today me and my mate got caught stealing Primark things worth £30

 

the security guard took us back in the room and took the picture of the passport and took our home address and banned us from westfield stratford for 6 months and told us that we will receive RLP fine,

 

first of all we didnt know what RLP was but now after searching it looks scary and we dont know how much we will be fined as we dont work and want our parents to know about this

 

is there anything we can do to avoid that fine which we havent still received the letter,

 

we dont know what to do help please!!

the security guard is LYING.

the police were not and now very rarely can be involved and even they were - they don't fine you..

 

and neither can RLP...

they RLP are totally powerless

they have zero legal powers IF you do get any letters - IGNORE THEM.

they'll waffle on about stupid civil recourse claiming the money is to pay for staff time and loss and a whole load of other rubbish

its not ..it goes in their pockets and primark see none of the money they fleece out of people.

 

so

as you are going to tell your parents - which is a wonderful idea, we all make mistakes

tell them about this site.

show them this thread..

 

not sure where you are reading the scary stuff about RLP but I can assure you ..that it is all FAKE

I understand it now but why the fine is too much whereas the goods were only 30£.

i dont want the case to go to the court

it is NOT A FINE.

RLP don't do court.

they CANNOT only primark can.

and ofcourse wont because of bad publicity.

Thank you bro you just calmed my mind down so, i will probably ignore the letter even the court action one?

the letters are already all here

and I expect the shop has the goods so theres no 'loss' anyway

the staff were already employed and paid

you didnt cause them 'extra' work.

 

just remember RLP can do NOTHING

they might instruct to their client they recommend they do court

but I instruct my dog to sit...it never does.

and neither do clients listen to RLP.

 

mores the truth is they wish their stupid head office had never signed the contract with RLP

cause they've never seen a penny of the supposed civil compensation they fleece people out of and have to pay a contract annually they cant get out of with RLP because of clauses I expect.
