there are no uploads here with any data so how are we to know even if your cisheet was correct to know their refund is correct????

I don't know if this will work its taken ages for me to remember how to do it and first program I uploaded it too wouldn't work again

no its not so you need to use the spreadsheets properly as advised in post 24

 

you claim their int rate [cisheet box d15 - NOT 8%!!] till they last charged it [set that as claim to date ]

then pop that figure into statint sheet the day after as one whole sum.

 

as it is you've got the claim to date running till today..butt they haven't charged you any int since the sold the debt

So 

 

I did my PPI claims but I sent my husbands to a reclaim service 

He received a letter back from Canada square 

 

Saying ppi claim rejected (as they sent A letter to him in saying that he may have been missold and that it is time barred) Neither of us remember receiving this.

 

what you're complained about happened more than 6 years ago and that we are complaining morn than 3 years after we should have realized ?

 

I do not agree with this so where do we go from here?

 

But payment issued under Pelvin unfair commission £910.09 after deductions.

 

Reclaim handling firm sent email this morning stating:

 

We’ve been discussing unfair commission cases with a solicitor firm, Pentacle Disputes Ltd, and they believe you might be entitled to a higher offer to recover the rest of the unfair commission. A recent court case has made this possible; the FCA has told Canada Square Operations it only needs to refund the commission above 50% of the cost of your PPI, but courts have recently been awarding refunds of the full amount.

Given average commission rates, and that you’ve had £988.77 back already, we believe Canada Square Operations could owe between £2500 and £3400 in addition.

Please note, as this is going through the legal system, solicitors need to charge a higher percentage than our usual 10% + VAT to cover court costs and associated fees. The amount charged varies depending on your case, but will always be less than the amount recovered for you.

The recent PPI Deadline does not impact your case and we strongly recommend that you engage a firm of solicitors to consider matters further.

 

This isn't in relation to the ppi complaint being rejected is it?

But if there is evidence that they did write to you 3 yrs ago they are quite correct under FCA CLL rules

I know I have not seen this letter they are referring to?

If they are saying they sent a letter then we never received it

 

Obviously if we had received it then we would have responded.

 

Only used CMC as my health has been trying the last couple of 3 months wouldn't have been able to get my brain together to do his paperwork.

 

Surely if this letter was sent then why did they not send more than one communication regarding this

DX you know how egg has stressed me out over the years I am 100% sure we never got the letter

 

They have drawn reference to a letter in August 13 I think but we never got it and I am quite perplexed why did they not communicate more than once if they did at all

nothing in that guide before says they have to

though they do have to take reasonable steps to ascertain the correct and current address.

 

so SAR time then. prove them right or wrong.

should have been done years ago when you 1st started, it's not as if you didn't know to do one.

've been in and out of hospital constantly for so long now cognitively I've gone to pot and my husband doesn't do any paperwork I honestly forgot about his egg 

 

I'm an idiot I know, I need to find someone who can handle my affairs I start things and then I'm too exhausted and  I stop
