Hi Everyone

 

After deciding to take action against Barclays for the mammoth fees they have charged me over the years (only got 9 months statements at home, but it's already totalled £585) I also decided to tackle Capital One as well.

 

I wasnt going to bother with Egg, I thought I'd only been charged about once since I had the card. However, a quick look at my online statements (going back a year) shows that I've been charged £100 in a year! I think most of the times I've gone over my limit is because they added interest before I made my DD payment.

 

So, I'm looking forward to receiving my statements within the next 40 days after posting my DPA yeasterday.

 

Will keep everyone informed of any response from Egg. Keep up the good work guys!!
