Hi, I recently received a parking charge.

Firstly it went through one debt collector then transferred to DCBL as they were unable to collect the fine.

I have received two letters from DCBL and this is the second letter,

question is can anyone turn up at my house?

Should I be expecting?

Or should I ignore?

it is not a fine

please complete this:

its a speculative invoice

they are not operating as bailiffs but mere DCA's with NO LEGAL POWERS WHATSOEVER

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

bailiff co's, solicitors and other get paid to send out scary letters in the hope that you think they have more clout then they actually do.

you can safely ignore these letters but tell us about the original event and what paperwork you still possess so we can advise waht to do if they parking co doesnt want to give up.

Also read up on the subject as you will get people's red pens going by calling it a fine. It most certainly isnt and failing to make the differentiation is one of the reasons people worry about these demands
