DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

DOnt worry about their reply. They will ALWAYS reject your appeal. They wouldnt have a chance of making ANY money otherwise.

You just want that popla code so you can make a proper appeal and sink them.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

it is a cut and paste response so they haven't even considered your appeal, which is a breach of the BPA membership terms.

They probably don't employ people who can string a couple of sentences together so no real surprises there.

You can now appeal to POPLA if you wish,

dont be in a hurry to do so as it is better to get down everything you need to say than just fire it off.

You will be asking for sight of the contract between the landowner and UKPC

- this wont be forthcoming but by not making it available damages the chance of winning a court claim because they will have acted unreasonably towards your attempts to settle the matter.
