Hi,

I am going to try luck in claiming back PPI I had years and years ago.

Because it is so long ago,

I dont have any paperwork/account numbers.

I can remember who I had loans/credit cards with

but my question is,

where do I write to,

is it their registered/head office or to a branch?

Many Thanks

you write to the head office

data compliance manager

sending an sar.

don't simply write asking for the PPI back

as you'll get fleeced if you've no idea what you paid.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
