I am sure I heard on the news a week or so ago, that there has been a court decision regarding arrears added to the capital of a mortgage. And that this is illegal.

I would really like to look into this a little further and try to understand it. I can't find any information!!

I've looked through CAG posts, googled 'Court Decisions', but can't find any reference to it.

Was it all just a dream? Did I imagine it?

dunno about court decision

believe the FCA have commented on this recently

wouldnt be illegal anyway

but unlawful. its not a criminal issue

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
