Good luck for tomorrow - I can't see a judge allowing eviction for arrears charges.

He advised the loan had expired in March 2016 so the money was owing to the company. He also stated we made no payment towards the charges since the loan was paid off in full, hence no goodwill. There agent sols had the contract that was signed on inception to say we would pay all charges and fees.

This is a lesson for everyone who strongly believe you cant lose your house based on this.

I'm so sorry Survivor - I think you must have been really unlucky with the judge you got.

I assume you're not able to make payment in full :(

The remaining amount has been paid and I have been advised the balliffs visit has been cancelled. I have not received it in writing so will not be leaving home until after their time of arrival.

It is what it is I am great and grateful and able to fight another day.

Once again, heartfelt thanks to all CAG members.

Regards
