We have no problems selecting a supplier for our house , easy using various moneysupermarket type web pages and historic data

What I need is a resorce which will help to help my daughter ( single mum with 8 year old son ) to select a supplier.

She will be starting from scratch with no historic data to help her choose a supplier and to calculate her starting point for a DD payment plan .

A link to a suitable web site would be appreciated

I don't think CAG cab help too much with helping to find the right supplier

We are not able to promote anyone

There is pleanty of bad experiences on here

I would say use a comparison site but look out what standing charge is as the cheapest may not be

I pay no standing charge but unit price is higher am looking to change electric but leave gas as it is as quarter bill was £45 some company's standing charge is more than that

If i have helped in any way hit my star.

any advice given is based on experience and learnt from this site :-)
