We all know that VF have some serious issues at the moment and it seems that OFCOM agree.

PAYG users paying for services not supplied

Wrong amounts on bills for customers

After all this time, you would have thought that Vodafone could get its act together and train their staff to recognise a problem and deal with it insted of doing nothing of value.

No wonder they are losing customers.

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.
