If this is a sc*m email. Perhaps email it to Richmond council, just in case they are not aware.

Well they should make sure they send it to the correct person in the first place, shouldn't they ?

Like all sc*m/phishing emails Citizen, they just send it to the thousands of email addresses they have bought from hackers and others in the hope someone will pay.

One of many I don't open them up on my mobile device. I then open my email on a PC then check where it's from its nasty what they do.

 

The same goes for PayPal lol not good is it. Work for a living it's better for you and stop [causing problems].

 

I will often send the sender a teddy bear from Microsoft it isn't good for their systems.

It's a shame you can't send a few hundred volts back down the line, that would make them jump and not be good for their system either.

If they live in Johannesburg, theyre likely used to that on a daily basis.
