No doubt you have all seen it on the news that an ex army man has been arrested in connection with a death on bloody Sunday in NI.

How absolutely disgusting is this as they not only freed all the murdering IRA but gave them top jobs in the parliament.

Now this really is what you call Micky Mouse justice.

Arrested, but they will get legal help to fight this. Someone in the army can be held criminally responsible for actions, but this is a complex area of law. Any court case, if it takes place will last many weeks and i am not sure it can be a standard criminal court trial, as i thought such cases are normally held by a military court.

We could do with some help from you.

If this guy does get convicted, then I really, really want to see Tony Blair in the dock for his part in the Iraq War.

Would never happen, as ministers of the crown are protected under parlimentary priviledge, in respect of their role in representing the crown.

There would have to be a motion passed in the House of Commons to withdraw such rights of priviledge, before there could be any action taken. Then i am not sure who would actually investigate and prosecute.

We could do with some help from you.

+1 Whatever the other circumstances are in this case.

The Irish Terrorist have been given amnesty and have " got away" with atrocities and

are now in " government" in some cases.

This prosecution is appeasement nothing more!

I have seen Citizen B's post and totally agree Blair

should be tried for treason the oaf who destabilised

a whole region for the sake of his ego.

Try him strip him of all his ill-gotten wealth!

Indeed, she was one politician I had a lot of time and respect for.
