Now i am not to worried about this at the moment as it is in the closed account section of my Noddle report.

 

These barstewards are history because this was a 30 day loan and statute barred 2 years ago

They have now done this for spite

 

By doing this they are stating this 30 day loan has been live for the previous 7 years, , never defaulted and now terminated June 2014

 

The obvious question being will this cause me detriment being a payday loan in the closed accounts section of Noddle?

 

I believe Motormouth had this account at one time

 

Any suggestions??

Are these people trading anymore??

 

Just done a companies web check and nothing

 

I believe their consumer Credit licence lapsed a while ago

Well i raised a dispute yesterday with my concerns directly with Noddle through my credit report saying the information recorded was in error. Within a minute i get back a templated response by email saying the inforrmation is correct and bog off.

 

Red rag to a bull that so contacted head office direct by email and just got this back.

 

A waiting game now i suppose

As of February 2015 Pounds Till Payday have No consumer credit Licence

 

They have no legal authority to offer financial services in the UK or to process individual personal data with the credit agencies AFTER THAT DATE

 

Any complaints such as credit files before February 2015 go to the Financial Ombudsman Service
