Can anyone give suggestions? Paid 3 in the meantime they referred the account to Direct Legal. Because already paid 3 they cant close the file but 3 wont reinstate the phone until Direct Legal have returned the file as paid!

 

Got a headache after banging it so hard on the wall. Please help

If that's the way their system does it - there's not a lot you can do. However, if 3 have acknowledged they've received payment and refuse to reinstate your service, thell them you expect compensation to be paid for the period the phone has been offline since payment was received.
