So much wrong with the BPA's insight, for example;

 

'The Code offers guidance on grace periods and asks Operators to observe them. If a motorist overstays the grace period by 1 minute, it’s more likely that there would be complaints about that too. Taken at face value, it does seem unfair to be penalised for overstaying time in a car park but there does need to be a cut off time and which must be adhered otherwise what’s the point in having one at all?'

Patrick Troy mentioned chucking out members who breach the BPA code- how come he fails to throw out those who engage in fraud, forgery, perjury, deception etc? If the BPA got rid of their bad apples how many members would they have left?

I felt that the whole program was wishy washy and never really covered what to do in the event of a dispute and why did the reporter pay the charge? The undercover filming should have been in the office as well as on the streets!
