Hi,

I somehow managed to pay off my log book loan last July after they (mobile money) lent me £2000 for a £500 motor.

I was basically trapped into loan after loan and don't really know how I survived.

Anyway, imagine my surprise when 4 credit reports appeared on my credit file all from loans with them. Dates are wrong as are amounts and even date settled.

Of course, they even state it is "unsecured loans" when in fact the loans were secured on the car (it's not my fault they gave me more than cars worth surely?)

Can I get them to remove the credit information do you think?

If the info is wrong they have to change it to ensure its accurate, or remove it. They could be in trouble for adding incorrect info to your file.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

:D

Are these all settled?

Show us what appears on your CRA... Also what should they be?

I don't think I can do that.

Not very internet savvy

But Yes, they are settled and this is on the "closed account" section, but they haven't got a settled date showing, just the update date

They have only just started sending account information apparently.

Dec 14

Can they send my information retrospectively then?

They are saying they can.

I don't think that is fair

Any advice?
