Send them the doorstep letter, and ignore them. Capital resolve is a new trick that CFO Are doing. Basically they say they can clear your loan by giving you a consolidation loan if you give them your bank details. The second they have your bank details, they decline you, because there never was any loan, then they proceed to completely clean out your bank account.

If anyone does come from their offices ( very unlikely), then simply tell them to leave immediately, or you will call the police and have them removed. Dont get into any further conversation with them, simply close the door and walk into the back of the house, or just walk away so you dont have to hear their inane drivel.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If youve never had a loan, then you need to get a formal complaint in for them coming to your house and harassing you. As well as demanding to know why they want to come to your house in the first place.

Hmm. CFO use that resolve name too as well as other resolve names. In any case, you can tell them to bugger off whatever their name is.

Dear dolly

If you have noted the repeat attempts to contact you why didn't just just call us back to try and resolve this situation? Please call us today on 01386 425400 to discuss an outstanding debt owed to Credit on Demand for a payday loan you had from them.
