Hi,

i have paid off my debts with natwest.

tried to apply for a job.

got through the interview then got turned down because of defaults.

looked at experian. i have 2 registered.

i was ill during the repayment and relied upon a family member to go to the bank and deposit the money.

she says she must have forgotten to go on time (this was over a year ago now).

the employer has agreed to hire me so long as i remove these defaults by the end of the month.

how do i go about doing this as quickly as possible.

i really want this job

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

ouch +6yrs till they disappear.

are we talking serious sums of money here?

you could try a pleading letter to them

to request they remove them as its

going to lose you a promising job

to further yourself.

  • 1 month later...

Getting defaults removed is impossible but not impossible. I tried to get Next to remove one and no chance. Looks same year as mine where, so come 2018 they'll drop off. Get them satisifed by paying them off. Next best thing.
