Are Consumer Money Matters in Leicster?? a ligit company.

 

I was approached by them in August 2012 about ppi

 

they got all the details and

 

i let them get on with it

 

since then ive had letters thru the post 3 times looking for more details

 

and still havent been informed if im getting anything back from a previous morgage.

So since August 2012 until now they have not progressed anything?

 

Why did you use a CMC in the first place....they can do nothing for you that you cannot do for yourself. I would guess at the time you didn't know better.

 

What have they actually done for you...do you know?

 

If it were me I would be looking at your contract with them with a view to cancelling it and taking things over yourself.

 

You need to check the T&Cs so that you don't get caught for their fees if and when you are successful under your own steam.

Sounds like you've been conned to me. Hope you didn't pay them anything up front.
