Ok, ive spent a whole morning poring over this site, but can find very little about what to do if youre in Scotland?

I would like to use the letter in the library for requesting charges back or statements (as opposed to the Govan letter) but i guess i would have to change the cases mentioned to something regarding cases in Scotland?? Can anyone help with that (especially the one relating to getting copies of statements, i think the Govan site has the other one covered)

Can i use the moneyclaim site in Scotland or is it only for English law? If not, is there a similar alternative for Scots residents?

Lastly, im in receipt of Income Support and from what i have gathered, it appears i am not eligible to pay court fees. Is this correct or have i got the wrong end of the stick?

Any help would be gratefully received

Thanks

We aren't very strong on Scottish law at the moment. However, I received some useful info from Mike Dailly at Govan Law Centre yesterday which will be up in the Library in an hour or so.

Please wil you post in the appropriate section and we will help you all we can.
