  3. Ok, ive spent a whole morning poring over this site, but can find very little about what to do if youre in Scotland? I would like to use the letter in the library for requesting charges back or statements (as opposed to the Govan letter) but i guess i would have to change the cases mentioned to something regarding cases in Scotland?? Can anyone help with that (especially the one relating to getting copies of statements, i think the Govan site has the other one covered) Can i use the moneyclaim site in Scotland or is it only for English law? If not, is there a similar alternative for Scots residents? Lastly, im in receipt of Income Support and from what i have gathered, it appears i am not eligible to pay court fees. Is this correct or have i got the wrong end of the stick? Any help would be gratefully received Thanks Coffeeandfags
