Hi Wolfmans

Having received an acknowledgment of receipt of your first letter, you now have the best address to use..... the one on the top of the reply.

Important....Make sure that you keep copies of all your correspondence, both yours and the ones from the bank. Do not telephone them. Keep all correspondence in writing.

That way you don't have to worry about remembering exactly what was said.

Please open your own thread in the HSBC forum and use that for all your posts regarding this claim.

Good luck with your claim.

If this has been useful to you, please click on the scales at bottom left of post. Thanks.

Hi! I am at the stage where thw exchange of documents should have taken place except the other side (Barclays) forgot, so I have written to the court asking for there defence etc to be struck out or dismissed as they did not follow thw banks notice on this the court replied to me and I guess copied it to Barclays with this reply: If the defence has not submitted its documents by 4.00pm Tuesday 24th October the claimant shall be entitalled to claim from them the amount on the claim with immeadiate effect, the court hearing date is the 14th November 2006, so if the defendants do not send you there documents by the courts ordered date send the court a letter complaining that the defence has not complied with its order
