I am at the stage where thw exchange of documents should have taken place except the other side (Barclays) forgot, so I have written to the court asking for there defence etc to be struck out or dismissed as they did not follow thw banks notice on this the court replied to me and I guess copied it to Barclays with this reply: If the defence has not submitted its documents by 4.00pm Tuesday 24th October the claimant shall be entitalled to claim from them the amount on the claim with immeadiate effect, the court hearing date is the 14th November 2006, so if the defendants do not send you there documents by the courts ordered date send the court a letter complaining that the defence has not complied with its order normanpj

Hi! Yes the court will give you a hearing date and a date by which you have to submit your court bundle and give a copy to the other side PJN

I am at the stage where I have filed in court my court bundle and copied it to Barclays, the deadline is 16.00pm Friday 6th October I have not yet had there copy of court papers, there defence seems to be there terms and conditions of business it does nit address the issues of unfair charges PJN

Hello I now have a date for the court hearing with Barclays Bank (14 November 2006) but by 6 October 2006 we have to send to other statements of evidence of any witnesses of fact and a bundle od documents for use at the trial, also a skeleton argument.. CAN ANYBODY HELP PLEASE normanpj:confused:

All Has anybody had any dealings with NEW CAR FINANCE I had a new car on Personal Leasing contract, about half way through the 5 years contract I got very ill and was unable to carry on the payments, I contacted them to ask for them to come and remove the car which they did but I now find that they are insisting on recovering the remaining £10000 and have got a charging order on our property, is there anything I can do PJN

Hi! all I am trying to reclaim bank charges from Barclays Bank, I am up to the part where they have entered a defence saying that these charges are nor penalties etc, getting a little worried here at the moment but will carry on PJ
