Hi

They have ignored the first letter and have deducted £20.47 off the £30 payment in credit charges! Do I send the second letter or just write and tell them "£1 from now on because you are ignoring me and being completely unhelpful!"???

Thanks

Hi

A little more help please (sorry)

First letter sent on 8th August 2013... no response

Second letter sent on 4th September 2013... no response

Payment (allegedly!) due today - should we pay another £30 and then write to them and tell them that it will be £1 from now on or should we just pay the £1 and leave it at that? I didn't send the letters signed for so...

Thank you

Hi

Mum called me to say that they have sent her a letter today informing her that she is in arrears,

asking her to pay £59 by the 17th October (I think this is the correct date but I am doing this from memory),

charging her more fees and generally being !

What is my next course of action please; and

how do I go about reclaiming the charges etc?

Sorry, haven't done this before.

Thank you

Mo

Had a letter (aka threatogram) from Reliable today demanding the £59 now (AW said it is due on the 17th)... do I need to write to them or send them copies of the other letters?

Also, regarding the charges - when am I claiming from? I have all the statements but am not sure where to begin? Sorry for being a pest

Hi

They sent another threatogram today levying more penalty charges. Just for the hell of it, I am sending Reliable copies of the letter - should I inform them that we will be making a claim for the unlawful penalty charges or is that something I should keep as a surprise for Ambrose W?

Thanks

nothing to do with AW or them [though they are JDW anyway.

add the charges to your sheet and get the claim in to JDW

Hi

Plodding on with this now. There are Administration charges, credit charges and Purchase Protection Plus. The interest rate is representative 39.9% variable (on a letter saying buy now pay nothing until March 2013) So far I have only included the £12 admin charges... is this right?

Sorry for being so stupid about this

oh you've got PPI too

put those in another copy of the cisheet.

as for the charges

if admin charges are the only fixed £12 fees then that's it.

you need to put 39.9 in the cell d 15 of the cisheet for your charges

Hi

Thanks for the info. They have sent another statement today saying that the £12 charges are default charges in one breath and administration fees in the other. They are now asking for a minimum of £88! Do I add the interest rate to the PPI sheet as well?

Thanks

Thanks again dx. Is there a template letter that I can send; and is there any point sending the claim to JDW when they just ignore us?
