Advice please re co op bank loan and cabot

which is cabot

 

whom is trying tto get money out of you MUST hold

a VALID enforceable CCA

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

CABOT is on The CRA but it should not be there it's run for 6 year and its being removed

spoke to CABOT today and they said they are sending it back to the Co op

Yes both in process of being removed. 72 hours they say will recheck it on Monday or Tuesday to see if they keep their word

then i'd await the next phishing list buyer to chance their arm.....

 

its a real shame they got all that money out of when theyhad no right too.

 

pers i'd be writing and demanding it all back!!

Hi. thank you I was totally ignorant of this until I came across this site and a BIG THANKS to everyone who has given me advice Won't hold my breath just yet looks like I'll have to wait and see what happens but I know this . I'm sick of living in the gangster paradise so from now on they'll be getting. NOW'T

So this has now been returned to the Co-op has it ?

 

Well it depends if they are telling me porky's or what ? think its just the waiting game at the moment but if this is the case can I go after them for charging interest on interest £ 70 or there about's PER DAY they turned my loan into an overdraft and I've been paying this since 1999/2000
