Litigation in progress

There seem to be very few posts in the 'LitigationIn Progress' forum considering the amount of action taking place in the other forums.

Is this because of a. Laziness, b. cases not getting as far as litigation c. agreements reached with the banks for details to remain confidential or d. this is a new process and not that many cases have reached the litigation stage yet ?

I wish I know. I am very disaapointed about it. I have pm'd a few people and have either received no response or in a couple of cases a refusal

Just looking through to see if I can find a post on daily interest or online template for a claim

I have written to bank and got a refusal quoteing standard T&C blah blah

But assumed that until I have a case number IE submitted claim online or in person, it won't be posted in Litigation started section

No it won't be posted in Litigation in Progress until you have filed a claim. When you have filed, and have N1 back from the CC pm Dave or Bankfodder and it will be listed.

And it has been going up vey well.

When this thread was started there only abou 7 listings.

Just my opinion, Post was dated 18 Feb it's only 10 march today,giving bank 14 clear days after letter before action sent means only starting court around 2nd or 3rd March. Thats why I asked should It go in on start of process IE when bank first approached.

This site's getting so big and as more post are put up it's much harder to find post's Iv'e read previously, It's taken me two hours or more just to see if there is a post on my subject before I started a new one, to help the good people of this site out as much as I can. If everyone took so much care that's the reason why as they won't have a case number yet

Just a bit of advice you might find useful... If you click on "Profile" at the top of the page, amongst the options you will see a setting for "Always notify me of replies:" if you turn this on it will send you a brief email containing a link to the topic when somebody replies in a thread you've posted in, there's also a link in each email to "stop watching this thread" I've found it very useful for keeping track of topics that interest me

Try copying and pasting to a new document in a seperate folder as soon as you see any thing you feel might be useful
