reclaiming bank charges

hi,

 

i am trying to help my mum to claim back charges from bradford and bingley,

these charges are going back years and equate to a lot of unfair charges,

 

can someone direct me as to how we go about this.

 

we are unable to communicate with the bank and have to pay the mortgage payments via a different bank at present so are getting nowhere

Hi there, does your mum have statements showing the charges ? why are you not able to communicate with the bank?

we have statements going back quite a few years so in the process of adding the total up and trying to get a full history of the mortgage payments. when bradford and bingley got taken over we were given no information about where to make mortgage payments and nobody from the bank replies to our calls.

thank you that is great, we have been making payments via santander so we can get proof of payment which are really needed with this case
