Introduction and thanks

Hi everyone,

 

I am a big fan of this website as it helped me to avoid a lot of trouble.

 

I was caught using a friends freedom pass and summon to court, after reading countless posts I decided to plead not guilty.

 

After months of battling.

 

TFL then sent me a letter saying they dropped the prosecution.

 

Now with all the information and help I gathered, I would like to offer my help in defeating TFL.

 

Thanks again for the posts you guys provided, without them I would have been in trouble.

Just posting this question as a matter of interest.

 

When I was summoned to court I told my friends and one of them knew Billy went through a similar thing.

 

I used to know him about 3 years ago as he was a friend of the family.

 

Anyway I got back in touch with him and he helped me avoid a criminal record.

 

Needless to say he said plead not guilty and he even came to court with me.

 

I ask this question because it was him that told me told me about this site.

 

I read his posts and it made me laugh as he is like that in real life and is slightly mad

 

He is still obsessing over TFL and won't let it go and goes to serious extremes.

 

So curious to know if anyone remembers him?

Yes, I remember iambilly. I don't think we heard the outcome of his court case in Kingston. Do you know how it went, please?

Thank you. Yeah he went to Kingston but his legal aid got rejected the day before when he had been told he was getting it.

 

So he blames that as well as the tfl lawyer coming up to him before the case and saying she would help him get a discharge or something, but she lied and throw the book at him.

 

The judge was sympathetic towards Billy but because he did not argue his point good enough due to no legal aid the judge said there was nothing to do.

 

The judge man tfl pay the costs £700ish so that was good.

 

The revenue control inspector was there but was not needed in court and Billy almost lost it with him.

 

Billy was always obsessive but over this he is even more. He has pages of information on the people involved in his prosecution and says he found out bad stuff about some of them.

 

He is in constant contact with people dealing with TFL and he will never let in go.
