this case has been brought to my attention from lots of site members. I am in the process of preparing my defence and have 14 days left yet to submit. Will ask for it to be checked - however I know it's a long shot but wonder if there would be a no win no fee prepared to take me on? I am not afraid of doing the legwork

I am guessing the solicitors for Mayhew did exactly this as i doubt she'd be in a position to pay.

yes - very pleased - but concerned how easy it is to be pressured into paying with so many letters, threats, etc and finally court claim over a period of over 4 years and our information being passed on when clearly there was a valid dispute.

Thanks

Costs? Go for wasted costs! £18 an hour!

but are you able to say what argument your legals focused on in defence? (though seems that what has been posted here prior carries some weight, and they don't tend to take on cfa (no win no fee) cases where they think they'll lose!)

well done btw :)
