we know the only the dlc and osc will pay of the reminder of the accounts.

we are in our last year with them

but have fallen 4 weeks behind due to my partner being of sick from work relate stress and as she is 14 weeks pregnant and lost 2 in the past thro stress

the doctors don't wont to risk it.

they have been round a few times after 7p.m and i have told them why we have fallen behind

and i wont be paying the dlc and osc as they have lapsed

they said the same usual rubbish to which i ironed

ok if you know the weekly dlc/osc

then you need to fill in this spreadsheet

listing EVERY weeks payment to each

on a separatecopy of the spreadsheet

one for DLC

one for OSC

put their int rate apr in cell d15.

This second spreadsheet is a compound interest calculator and can be used both for PPI claims and Charges Reclaims on Revolving Credit Accounts such as credit cards. Compound interest is not an award that foslink3.gif will give in respect of PPI claims but it can be used in PPI cases that are pursued through the courts. It is the standard sheet that is also used for charges reclaims both on credit cards and loan accounts where interest in restitutionlink3.gif is claimed.

All ready done that and they where no help at all,

i was just told we cant reclaim anything .

we were missold the osc on the tv told we would need it becasue of a 2 year old

when it doesnt cover anything and

we weren't ask if we wanted it on on the other two items.

And when we did speak to regional manger

i told her we wont be paying the missed dlc or osc as they have lapsed.

we dont have long left to pay on the items.

T.V £338.65, XBOX £207.82 AND AIR FRYER £56.69.

And i don't find it acceptable that two people come from the store

and then one stands outside the house to watch.

My parnter is 14 weeks pregeant and is currtly signed off work, with work relate stress

Dont ring them. No matter what the BH rep says. If they refuse to put communication in writing, then thats their problem.

the idea of CAG is issues are deal with ON THE THREADS

so others can see HOW problems are resolved.

continually asking people to ring a number

and then the thread goes dead HELPS NO-ONE.
