Lending Stream say:

Thank you for your email.

We would like to inform you that we have received your documents and we have uploaded them as well in our system. So please call us at 0845-351-1482. We are available from Monday to Saturday (08.00am-08.00pm) as repayment plan can only be setup over the phone.

We are willing to discuss with you to clear the outstanding balance and can set an arrangement for an affordable monthly installment that as per your convenience.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Wonga state:

Please provide the outstanding balances for each of your creditors to enable us to work out the amount which we should receive monthly on a pro rata basis.

I have cancelled CPA's but am nervous about leaving it close to my usual payment date without agreements in writing. Do I need to call lending stream? Do I have to give Wonga this info (have provided some info in an inc and exp table) but not owed amounts of each creditor

Thank you :)

A repayment plan cannot only be setup by phone, that is a load of bunkem. Just stand your ground and insist on confirmation in writing. A paper trail is imperative as any phone call can be easily denied.

Thank you, does any code exist that I can quote to back this up though? Thanks :)

Just stand your ground and they will eventually accept. They are just trying to push their luck with you. I can only go by experience but just email them your offer and keep sending it as they will eventually agree. And it's what you can afford, not what they tell you that you can afford.
