hi

can a creditor apply for an order of sale a second time.

the judge dismissed the first case on the land and registry act of 1996

but the creditor is now saying that this was not a reason for the judge to dismiss

hi jennie

i've merged and adapted your questions

tell us your story / issues

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Only way they can send in bailiffs is if the creditor takes you to court for a ccj against you and you still fail to pay then bailiffs will be used to enforce the ccj, but this is a long time

Down the line I think, if I'm correct I think it takes time

For it to reach the ccj stage
