I don't know the date of the conviction - they wouldn't tell me, I would have to pay for that information...

The notice I recieved is like a final reminder to pay up. You have ten days or we send in the heavies.

 

If there was another speeding incident I certainly dont know about it. Generally I dont speed. In 20+ years of driving i've only had 1 speeding offence and that was only because I didnt see a change in the speed limit because the sign was obscured by a tree. Tried to show that in court with photos and they said tough ****.

So, 6 months on and I finally get a magistrate to look at it and they've over turned it but will allow the cps to have a second shot at me if they decide to.
