:Cry: plz help got very sick last year and as i work for myself on a commission basis did not get paid; result;bill payment account with bank of scotland getting into arrears, credit cards charging for late payments, overdraughts and personal loans reaching sky high all due to bank charges if i did not have those i would have just been able to manage during my illness now it just seems impossible to catch up.i am now on long term sickness benefit and severe disablement and dla benifits no hope of going back to work have asked the cccs for help with this have equity in my home but all savings gone can i claim back charges even when i have gone overlimit and will it be considered in view of my current status please help this is getting me very down thanks p.s last week was charged for a dd due to dss not paying money in on time the dd was for £19.00 the charge£35 yorkshire building society how can we ever get out of this if this keeps happening!1 help :oops:

Two things

Firstly please read around the forum so that you know more about what you are doing.

 

Secondly please post separately in the appropriate section for each bank you are taking on.
