i have just worked out the advanced calculation sheet but have a question. Where there is more than one charge in a month do you enter the same interest date for each one or just enter it on the last charge before the interest comes out? hope that make sense!

Have you sent a SAR? You will have to wait up to 40 days. Then send a letter along the same lines as your claim. LBA then file a complaint with the Information Commissioner.

try telephone banking....even if you aren't registered for telephone banking, I think you can get through to speak to a person (just follow the automated options) and after going through some security checks they should be able to help: 0845 7 555 555

 

Some people have been lucky enought to get more than six years of statements via the first no.

i am helping a freind claim against barclays. the thing is her allocation questionaire is due tomorrow and she cant afford the 100 fee. has anyone rang at this point with any success and warned that there gonna be another 100 quid on the claim?

I think this is why Barclays drag it out, you have to fork out to get your money back, people who cant afford to do this will in my opinion fall at the 1st hurdle, and accept the 1st offer.

she may be entitled to fee excemption if she's in receipt of certain benefits- worth calling the court to check.

do you know if she has left it too late to claim seeing as its due in tomorrow?

if she is fee excepmt then its a simple matter of filing a small form out at court when handing in your allocation questionnaire - also she will need proof of her benefit
