What is a Case Summary ?

I am supposed to write a case summary - for a case hearing

 

can anyone tell me what a case summary should contain ?

 

Can't find sample guide template on this site

 

online search mostly gives American templates - not sure if format and details are same for British courts

Thank you for posting this link, I had a look and it's helpful,

 

I am wondering - as there is no guide, whether info in this summary is sufficient, my summary is also about Banks, but not same problem... so need to figure out what info to put in it

If you want to draft something and pop it up with a short explanation of why you need to produce the summary, we can have a look at it for you.

 

It would be best if you converted your draft to a pdf file and upload it using the following instructions courtesy of dx100

 

Dx100 – Instructions on uploading pdfs

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets

as a picture file

remove all pers info inc barcodes etc using paint

but leave all figures and dates.

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites

convert the image to pdf format.

or ir you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

NB:you can set where it goes in the post by hitting insert inline.
