I placed an order three weeks ago and received a letter saying I couldn't have a credit account but I could pay the amount of the order immediately and they would send the item.

I called them and after confirming they definitely had stock I paid the amount (£129) and waited for the order.

After a couple of days I checked online to see how the order was doing and it had a delivery date of December due to no stock.

I called and queried and eventually asked for a refund of the amount paid.

After three days and no refund I checked online again and saw that I had £129 credit on my Studio account.

I requested the refund again but this was two weeks ago and it's still showing as a credit on my account.

 

Does this fall under Distance Selling Regulations? Specifically that they have 30 days to issue a refund?
