This is part of their letter that im most intrigued by.

'when responding to a section 78 request, a lender does not have to provide a photocopy or other literal copy of the executed agreement nor provide a copy bearing or some other proof of the customers actual signature'

Is this true?

I have recived a letter from Reliable stating ' we have made an appointment to contact you at your home on Wednesday between 7pm and 9pm.'

What the likelyhood they'll turn up? there's no specified date on the letter, and was dated 29th June so one Wednesday has already passed.

Many Thanks.

Hi, sorry to but in, but im having similar problems with Simply Be/Reliable collections. 12 months ago i requested my CCA, to which they returned an unsigned credit agreement stating in a seperate letter that even though my agreement is unsigned by myself its still valid.

Then no further contact from them for 12 months, i sent a further CCA request to start the process off again and have just recieved a letter that basically says they wont provide a further copy because theyve already sent one.

I dont know what to do next with this, any help would be much appreciated.

Ok, to cut a very long story short and ignoring my 2 earlier posts. The story is as above, over 12 months ago id requested a copy of my credit agreement which they supplied but it isnt signed by me, had a letter of them stating that even though there is no signature its still enforcable. this was July 2010 and then I heard nothing until july this year when they started chasing the debt, so i sent another CCA request to start the ball rolling again. I recieved a letter yesterday stating that they wouldnt provide another copy of my credit agreement.

Im stuck as to what to do next with them.

Mnay thanks
