Complain again, this time against Mucky Hall and the original company, passing debt around is not on.

You clearly did not stress to the OFT how bad the harrassment is. Make sure you do it in this complaint. They are doing an indepth investigation into payday loans and your story could be vital.

If you don't complain you are wasting your time posting on the forum as this is the advice we are giving for PDL companies at the moment.

We just received the following email, it all sounds a little desperate to me, what do you think? However they are willing to accept the offers.

Below is the email they sent to me regarding by £250 loan

Thanks for your response Mr Daniels,

I have updated your notes to confirm the response to our settlement offer.

The reason the account received charges was due to non compliance with the agreement.

I will accept a payment for £300.00 and close the account.

This is a one off repayment and would need to be repaid before the 29/02/12.

Please can you confirm.

Kind Regards

Michael Pratt

Account Manager

Below is my girlfriends email she just received

Good Afternoon,

We can close the account for £200.00, this is a time barred offer and needs to be paid before the 29.2.12

Please let me know asap if you wish to accept this offer.

Rachel

If youre going into an IVA, then give the company that is doing your IVA application details of your minicredit debt and let them handle it. You have nothing to worry about. It is a very low priority debt, and even if they tried to take you to court, your other debts would take priority.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

:D
