DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi DX

As I understood it, the Virgin One account was a current account offset against the mortgage. In my case the loan was £xxxx and my salary was paid into the account to offset against the amount I had borrowed. I incurred several charges for late payment which took my borrowing above the limit.

urm...

thats an interesting senario

honestly i have no idea

if the charges are considered bank charges or mortgage charge

the latter can be reclaimed, the former not as easy anymore

I just need to know if I should be contacting Virgin or RBS. Not too concerned about charges at the moment, just PPI.

RBS I would think as from January 2003, The Royal Bank of Scotland took a majority shareholding, becoming an RBS mortgage brand along with Natwest and First Active.

I believe that mortgage claims are 12 years (that's how long they can chase you for money)

If they are unlawful charges, there is argument that the clock does not start ticking until the mistake is discovered
