I recently applied for a payday loan and was passsed onto loan-options.net

 

I thought I was getting the loan and put in my debit card details

 

They took £57.74 from my account today - but it was just a broker fee!

 

Is there any way I can get this back, because they are saying that they can only offer me £20?
