My tablet PC has just been repaired by KnowHow. In the last 2 weeks they have given me 3 delivery dates for returning it to me. In each case the date was confirmed by their website tracking system. In each case the delivery was not made. No contact from KnowHow either by phone or email.

 

Their customer services (when I could finally get through to someone who accepted that I did not want a fourth delivery date) are now chasing this, but it has been several days now, and still no solution...

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

i'm having same problem just stayed in for 3rd day to be told all day it could be anytime up till 8pm when it was book in between 6.15 - 10.15 this morning (which is a strange time) just been told delivery man turned up this morning and i was not in .. such a lie had someone sitting in livingroom all day listening for door and door bell works. now got to try and get day off work tuesday. they are useless shall be cancelling policy .. in middle of writing letter of complaint!!
