Early Hours Texting

Thought i would share this complaint that i just made to T-Mobile:

 

Answers for: "Hello. i wish to make a complaint. This morning i received a text message from yourselves at 3:46AM. It was a multimedia message trying to sell me some blackberry phone. The point being is that we have a very young daughter of 5 months who does not sleep through the night, i had finally got her away to sleep at 2:30, i then set my alarm for work for 6:30 am and tried to get a few hours sleep before i had to be awake, but as i said at 3:46 i get a the text (my phone is my alarm and turned up to full volume), it wakes me, my wife and our daughter up who has been up crying since.. I have 1 hours sleep because of this message. If i receive a text between midnight and 6 am, i expect it to be from a loved one and i expect something seriously wrong to be happening. I am sorry if it seems i am angry but as i said, i have not had any sleep, my head is pounding now and i still cant get little miss to stop screaming. a quick search on google told me that the Consumer Protection Act of 1991 restricts telemarketing to the hours of 8am to 9pm so i am seriously thinking of forwarding this to the watchdog."

Quite shocking.I wonder if this has been sent via overseas call centre who dont work to gmt?

Maybe put a complaint in writing demanding an explanation.

That really is very shocking, i have had problems with nuisence texts in the past. Its just this one made me really angry because of the time, i will see what response they give me to my email and then write to them if they dont say sorry.

Hi try your phone to see if the alarm works when phone is switched off does on my phone.
