Rang company to chase issue of miss seling and was asked to quote what said on contract which son confirmed was so many mns, texts and internet. Straight away ranter than deal with issue jumped to say the contract was in corect due to store error and they would not be honoring it, call recorded. I am told no matter waht written on it as it differed form what on system they did not have to honor it and it was again described as VOID and that I had to go back to the store.

NOw too ill to go back and they were not dealing with my issue, re they wrote 750mb but describes as unlimited even to great extent of told not risk of any further charges. They aided me to signe it due to eye site problems and said they would read the imoratant bits which was 600 mins, unlimited texts and heres your unlimited it was called either data or internet. anyhow so I decided well fair enough it is void.

I ring back some time later, few days perhaps to ask for bags to return the phones as too ill to go in store and told it is not going to happen and that suddenly the contract is valid again and that I have to be understanding and forgiving, call recorded.

I then take up the issue of the data and say surely on the other foot you have to cancel on basis of miss selling or honor what originally sold and would you believe it in return they are not forgiving and understanding thier end.

So if they state a contract is VOID twice am I entitled to consider it void due to them not interested in the miss selling aspect which I can now prove through recordings in my experience appears rife xx

They are playing hard ball and have already stated normal collection activity will commence and we hardly used the phones, one or two calls to each other to test they worked at most xx

Thanks for your time and possible replies xx:-)
