Yes, any evidence of payment will be ok. Make sure you have a copy for yourself of everything you are sending in to court, and also ensure that all the sheets you hand in are securely stapled together.

Good Luck

You're right, let work occupy your mind for a few days - I know it will be hard, but I think you will be ok. Your arrears are not a great sum and you have demonstrated that you have been making extra payments to reduce them.

If you don't get the right decision (and I'm confident you will), there is still a lot we can do.

Kind Regards

I cant thank you enough for your help. I will let you know the out come and as soon as i can i will make a dontation...It is great to see people out there helping each other out for little or no rewards. This is a great web site and people like yourself are doing a great job in keeping it running. Once this is all over with this repop lark. I will be getting my old credit cards accounts out and going through them to reclaim charges. I did this with my Bank last year sometime and they paid up. I have a few quiet days in Jan so i will pursue then.

One very greatfull person

You're very welcome :)

You will get a judgement from the court in the post a few days after the hearing, please let us know what it says.

Hi there, that's a relief:) hopefully you'll be able to clear the arrears soon.

Did you get a letter from the court telling you that? if so can you write exactly what it said please.
