Not going to cause a big fuss with this, just need clarification before I leave

the feedback that I have in mind...... Cost a fiver..

 

Mum's 80th in 3 weeks, so amongst other things ordered a foil/branched

weighted table centrepiece covered in shiny coloured "80" numerals..

 

It arrived nice and quickly, but it was packed in a flimsy oversized padded

A3 packet/envelope, so much so that the postman has folded it in half and

forced it through our letterbox. Most of the branches have snapped and about

half of the foil numerals have come off the branches..

 

Sellers response to damaged goods query is, "you should contact Royal Mail

about that". Have just checked their LLC trading website which states that

once goods are posted with posting certificate obtained, they disclaim any liability

to the goods or the actions of any postal service providers.... PMSL!!!!!

 

I'ld just like some comments please before I leave them their feedback... :mad2:
