I have finally sent my claim to Nationwide for £647. Not an enourmous amount but its better in my pocket than theirs. I have not claimed any interest, just the amounts i have been charged over the six year period ! !;)

On 26/8/06 I received a letter from a Sarah Watson "Team Manager member Account Servicing" This was a nicely worded letter telling me basicly to get stuffed:( .

I am unsure what my next move is, I have a contact telephone number now for this person (01793 712507) would a call be appropriate and what do i say?

Thanks for your help but i think i am sorted now. Sent LBA letter yesterday so fingers crossed..;)
