sorry Andy emails from a DCA about the CC and another from ADCB which is below with amounts , I’ve paid quite nearly half the amount of the deposit cheque amount 

 

 

Dear Xxx

 

Final reminder to you.

 

Kindly do arrange and pay AED xxxxxx. immediately towards your ADCB Salary account on or before 24thFeb’2020.

 

We had given you enough of time but still we have not received any positive steps regards with resolving your pending dues.

 

Legal case filing procedures requested for the Cheque amount of AED xxxxxx

I think they need a a better translator ...I have not got a clue what most of the above means...?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
