Won an allocation hearing to go fast track. I am a defendent and want def to send me docs. I have to use a STATUTORY DISCLOSURE LIST but the one on HMCS does not seem relevant and i am confused. Can i just write to claiment for doc or do i to use the form only.

PS dont like the new web site

do you need documents relating to the company or a person representing the company?

a statutory disclosure won't give you this information but you could get a court order for the relevant information

or as i'm looking into, disclosure through RIPA. if the information you require is of a personal nature to another person

i.e. phone records, mortgage statements etc.
